COVID delays: We continue to experience longer than usual shipping times for furniture. ETA stock dates are more fluid than ever due to the global manufacturing, shipping and supply chain disruptions. We will continuously update you on delays to the best of our ability during this time. Standard Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOORSTEP ONLY. The delivery person or team does not enter the home or assemble the furniture. If you live in an apartment or condo building, it would be brought into the lobby and no further. Other than beds and dining tables, most of our larger furniture pieces come fully assembled. Please ensure you are comfortable bringing it to its desired destination in your home and that it will fit through all doorways and stairwells!! Please contact us to upgrade to White Glove Delivery if you feel you are unable to.

Delays
Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused due to holidays, busy seasons, weather or various other reasons. These delays are out of our control and can push the delivery window past the ETA or lead time given at the time of ordering.

Do you have custom products/furniture?

Yes, at Bellum Furniture you will find a selection of custom sectionals and sofas, curtains, artwork, and more. We know that each home is unique, so your home furnishings and accessories should be too.

Can I order furniture swatches and samples?

We would be happy to work with you to find a fabric swatch, wood sample, or additional details for a piece of furniture you are interested in. Order free fabric samples now

When will my order/item arrive? 

We typically suggest allowing 3-5 weeks for made to order items, however, due to the lasting effects of the pandemic we are seeing large delays and fluctuating lead times. If you require specific timeline information, please contact us prior to placing your order. 

For outlet items please give 5-7 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, you have 24hrs to cancel. After this time period, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

How can I find out the status of my order?

We have a hardworking Customer Experience Team who is ready to assist you with any further questions about the status of your order. You can email them at sales@bellumfurniture.com and they will do their best to get you the most up-to-date information and timelines.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Defects and damages are subject to inspection and approval and need to be reported within the first 48hrs of receiving the item. Please fill out our defects/claims form so that our team can begin working to find a solution for you!
